FINISHES

POLISHING

Polishing is a process that involves actual smoothing of raw objects, whether precious or not, using various types of brushes, which, aided by abrasive pastes, refine the metal, making it smooth and finished.

RHODIUM PLATING

Rhodium plating is essentially a galvanic process through which an object, via electrolysis, receives a deposit of rhodium or metal alloys. Traditionally used to give the final product brightness and shine, rhodium plating is typically the last step for white gold items before they are ready to be worn or displayed. Available finishes: white, black (burnishing), and blue.

LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving uses a light laser beam to mark precious objects and other materials with various types of inscriptions, such as manufacturer information, carat weight in the presence of stones, metal type, and other customizable engravings upon request.

THICK GILDING

Gilding, like rhodium plating, is a galvanic process used to give the object a hue and colour similar to that of gold (yellow or pink).
of gold (yellow or pink). The colours offered are yellow, pink and brown.

RUTHERIUM

A dark black galvanic process with a variation of two other shades (grey and gunmetal grey), mainly used to bring out and intensify dark stones (e.g. black diamonds, grey and brown diamonds) set in precious objects. Belonging to the platinum family, it is characterised by extreme hardness.

SILVER PLATING

Silver-based galvanic process recommended on non-precious metals such as silver, nickel silver, bronze and brass. It gives the object a colouring and shine very similar to natural silver. Our silver plating is environmentally friendly.

SANDBLASTING AND SATIN-FINISHING

Processes used to make an object or part of it opaque (matt). The main difference between the two processes is that the former is carried out with a special machine while the latter is done by hand. It is possible to carry out different types of these processes giving the possibility of obtaining different finishes.

ANTITARNISH (antioxidant)

This is a treatment essentially used to make galvanic treatments subject to oxidation more durable as it slows down this process by creating a transparent patina on the surface.

PLATINUM PLATING

A galvanic treatment containing platinum used to give the object a colouring very similar to that of real platinum.

PALLADIATING

It is used in the galvanic process as required. The colour is that of palladium.

LASER CUTTING

Uses a high-precision laser beam to cut metals and other materials, allowing for the creation of complex shapes with extreme accuracy.

PHOTOENGRAVING

Utilizes laser technology to engrave metal surfaces with high-definition designs, texts, or decorations, also enabling the reproduction of a special photo.
